Oplosbaar in olie en andere organische oplosmiddelen; gedispergeerd in water; goede emulgerende eigenschappen; als W/O-emulgator in de algemene industrie; algemeen gebruikt als reinigingsmiddel voor textiel, metaalindustrie, zeepkokende PAN-middelen, kationisch kleurstof-egaliserend middel; gebruikt als antistatisch middel op transportbanden voor kunststofproducten.
