Epoxidized Polybutadiene (EPB)
EPB is an epoxy group introduced into the PB molecular chain, which has the advantages of oil resistance, aging resistance, good transparency, low temperature performance, etc. The epoxy group in the molecular chain is a reactive group, which can be cured with a variety of isocyanates and epoxy curing agents.
The cured polymer possess good physical and chemical properties, excellent bonding strength to metal and glass and other non-metallic materials, good dielectric properties, low shrinkage rate, high hardness, stable to alkali and most of the volume, which can greatly improve the mechanical properties, bonding strength and heat resistance of polyurethane materials.
The polar groups improve the bonding properties of the product with metal and non-metal materials; It can be used in adhesives, sealants, coatings, epoxy resin toughening, polyurethane elastomers, etc.
Packed in 50kg/drum, 170kg/drum, The storage period is 1 year.
Safety instructions:
Storage should be at cool, dry and ventilate. The best condition is among -20 ~ 38℃. Shelf life of 12 months, if expire, still used if up to standard through retest. When transportation should avoid rain, sunlight. Don’t mix with strong oxidizer.
