Gishirin Ammonium na Quaternary don Maganin Cuta

Gishirin ammonium na Quaternary (QAS) sune mahaɗan cationic waɗanda ke ɗauke da ƙungiyoyin alkyl a cikin tsawon sarkar C8–C18, waɗanda suke narkewa cikin ruwa kuma ana iya amfani da su azaman maganin kashe ƙwayoyin cuta a masana'antar yadi.

QAS sune mahaɗan ionic waɗanda ke da nitrogen na ammonium na quaternary, ƙungiyoyin alkyl ko aryl guda huɗu da ke da alaƙa da wannan nitrogen, da kuma ion anionic kamar chloride ko bromide. Daga cikin ƙungiyoyin alkyl guda huɗu, ɗaya rukunin sarkar alkyl ne mai tsayi wanda ke ɗauke da fiye da hydrocarbons takwas kuma yana aiki a matsayin ƙungiyar hydrophobic. Ƙungiyoyin Hydrophobic akan QAS suna shafar ayyukansu na antimicrobial (Tiller et al., 2001; Zhao da Sun, 2007). Tare da ƙarfin hydrophobic, ƙarin ayyukan antimicrobial da QAS ke da su (Zhao da Sun, 2008) (Hoto na 16.1 da Tebur 16.1). Yawancin mahaɗan QAS suna da ayyukan surfactant. QAS suna da tasiri wajen biocides lokacin da ake amfani da su a cikin ruwan sha da kuma maganin kashe ƙwayoyin cuta na ruwa. Lokacin da aka haɗa QAS da sinadarai zuwa saman fiber, ayyukansu na iya zama masu cikas dangane da yadda aka haɗa su da kuma tsarin ƙarshe na QAS akan saman. QAS da aka haɗa a zahiri a cikin zaruruwa na iya samar da ayyukan antimicrobial ta hanyar sakin su a hankali daga saman fiber yayin amfani, wanda zai iya samar da ayyukan da aka nufa na kayan.
