Anwendungsbereiche:
Dodecylbis(2-hydroxyethyl)methylammoniumchlorid (Lauryldihydroxyethylammoniumchlorid, Ammoniumdodecyldihydroxyethylmethylchlorid, Ammoniumdodecyldihydroxyethylmethylchlorid) ist ein neuartiges kationisches Tensid, das in Wasser und Ethanol löslich ist und unter 85 °C stabil wirkt. Die Moleküle von Dodecylbis(2-hydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) (Lauryldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid, Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid, Dodecyl-2-hydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) enthalten Hydroxylgruppen. Diese verbessern neben den üblichen Eigenschaften kationischer Tenside auch die Koordination mit anionischen Tensiden sowie die Schaumbildung und Verdickung. Daher weist Dodecylbis(2-hydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) hervorragende Permeabilität, Emulgierfähigkeit, Weichmachung, antistatische und antiseptische Eigenschaften auf. Die Löslichkeit in Salzlösung und die Fähigkeit zur Reduzierung der Oberflächenspannung sind viel stärker als bei 1231, der Kroff-Punkt ist kleiner als 0.

Produktverwendung:
1. Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid (Lauryldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid, Dihydroxyethylammoniumchlorid, Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) wird häufig zur Reinigung von Metalloberflächen und als Emulgator für die Reinigung von Kohlenstoffstahl verwendet;

2. Ammoniumdodecyldihydroxyethylmethylchlorid (Lauryldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid, Dihydroxyethylammoniumchlorid, Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) wird zur Reinigung von polykristallinem Silizium und monokristallinem Silizium verwendet;

3. Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid (Lauryldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid, Dihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid, Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) besitzt gute sterilisierende, antistatische, emulgierende und andere Eigenschaften;

4. Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid (Lauryldihydroxyethylammoniumchlorid, Dodecyldihydroxyethylammoniumchlorid, Dodecyldihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) kann in der Mineralflotation als Flotationsmittel und als Antistatikum in Textiladditiven verwendet werden.

Hinweis: Der Hydroxyethylgehalt im bovinen Dihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid (Dihydroxyethylmethylammoniumchlorid) kann je nach Kundenwunsch angepasst werden.
