Features |
PPS is a starting material for the manufacture of brightening additives for electroplating Watts bright nickel baths. PPS operates as a highly efficient brightening agent(secondary brightener) and leveling agent. Because of its high purity, PPS does not carry harmful by-products or salts into the galvanic bath. It can be used over long periods of time without any ductility problems. Usually, PPS is combined with saccharin, one or several acetylenic compounds as well as with wetting agents. This procedure leads to leveled, very brilliant and ductile nickel coatings. Also available in free flowing form. |
PPS the strong leveling agent for nickel electroplating is an intermediate commonly used in the synthesis of sulfonated interfacial active agent, which can be used in medicine, chemical reagents, surfactant, color dye sensitizer (photo development) and other technologies
