TMPTMA / Trimethylolpropane Trimethacrylate used as a vulcanization active agent for special rubbers and thermoplastics such as ethylene propylene rubber and EPDM rubber, chlorine rubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), chlorinated polyethylene elastomer (CPE). Used as an insulating material for microelectronic products; a crosslinking agent for special ion exchange resins; an impact modifier and a modified monomer for copolymers. Not only can the curing time be greatly shortened, the degree of vulcanization and crosslinking degree can be increased, the amount of DCP can be reduced, and the mechanical properties, optical properties, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance, solvent resistance, and the like of the product can be remarkably improved. Impact resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and electrical insulation properties. Especially in the field of irradiation cross-linking.
This product can be used as a crosslinking agent for plastics and rubbers such as chlorinated polyethylene, EPDM rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, fluororubber, etc. It can also be used as a PP degradation agent. In the case of the same cross-linking effect, the addition amount is about 2/3 of the DCP, and the irritating odor is small in the operation process and the finished product.
Packed in 25kg/200kg/drum for 98% liquid, 25kg/carotn or bag for 60% powder form
The storage temperature is normal temperature, and the product is not easily deteriorated. Avoid heavy exposure and severe vibration during transportation, avoid heat, and strictly prohibit storage and transportation with strong acid and reducing agent.
