Rhenium-molybdenum powder (molybdenum rhenium Mo-Re alloy powder)
Molybdenum-rhenium alloy is a solid solution alloy with excellent high temperature strength and creep resistance. Rhenium forms β solid solution in molybdenum with a maximum solubility of 53% (rhenium atom) at 2250℃. The addition of rhenium changes the mechanical deformation process of pure molybdenum from single sliding to twin action and sliding combination in hot and cold working, inhibits the embrittlement of carbon and oxygen, and improves the machinability, physical and chemical properties and thermoelectric properties of molybdenum alloy.
The series of rhenium molybdenum powder is adopts unique wet doping process, which has the characteristics of uniform distribution of rhenium and other doping phases, low impurity content, uniform particle size distribution, easy molding and reprocessing.
It can replace pure molybdenum, high temperature molybdenum (molybdenum lanthanum), TZM molybdenum materials such as, in comparison with higher strength, service life and high temperature stable performance, the characteristics of higher performance to price ratio. It is mainly used in high temperature structural parts (nozzle, nozzle, heat shield, etc.), elastic components, high efficiency and long life wire cutting wire and special filament, electrode, electronic components, etc.
